    Type ^UNS
    Select UNSIGNED/UNCOSIGNED NOTES/ORDERS REPORT
    Select GATHER if prompted. This menu option may not appear the first time that you run the report.
    Select FROM date
    Select TO date
    Select TRAINEES, STAFF OR BOTH
    Identify Service: SURG for Surgery service
    Enter RETURN to get to end of report
    For desired printout follow instructions: e.g enter "ALL+" to print report by patient name.
