    Open CPRS
    Select any patient
    Click on the Notes tab
    From the top left menu, click on VIEW, select CUSTOM VIEW (see below)


    Click the checkbox for TITLE, enter ANESTHETIC for Contains, click OK (see below)


    Click on VIEW, SAVE AS DEFAULT VIEW (see below)
